The Mullins-Roberts Apartments are a HUD funded complex completed in 1998. The apartments consist of 10 total apartments (6 one bedroom and 4 two bedroom units). The apartments use federal site section 8 to supplement rent. The Mullins-Roberts apartments are located in Louisville's west end (3241 Young Ave.)
